This journal is dedicated to my polymer clay artwork. Below, I've listed the sales events I attend, maintained a record of the commissions I've received, and kept a list of my day-to-day ideas and creations. Click on the "more" text to see photos of what I've been doing lately. For help finding your way around, check the entry tags.

Linden Designs will have a presence on Dealers' Row at Arisia 2009. The convention runs Friday, January 16 through Monday, January 19, at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, in (where else?) Cambridge, MA. We'll be open for business all four days, and I hope to see some of you there.

Squid mirror
As always, I welcome suggestions for new designs, new approaches to these designs, and improvements to the shop. I've been adding a few pictures, and right now I'm looking for more publicity. Tomorrow is a big day: I'm going to approach several of the stores downtown with my barrettes. There are also a couple of knitting stores which might like to buy my buttons. *fingers crossed*
( Some mirrors. Nine more photos under the cut. )
Hibiscus mirror
Did I tell you I get my designs from strange places? I do. This is based on a paper lantern that I bought a couple of years ago. It is printed with a beautiful, stylized hibiscus which glows when you light the lantern. I've reproduced its colors, including the combination of scarlet and hot pink that works amazingly well.
